My name is Jonathan Baer.  I am the designated broker and managing member of Dominion Group Properties.  We are a residential real estate firm based here in Phoenix Arizona.  We specialize in residential real estate helping buyers and sellers.  We have helped people buy and sell single family homes, condo's, second homes and investment properties across the Valley and beyond.  We have a office here in Phoenix and one in the White Mountains.  Our staff is dedicated to providing prompt and courtesy service to our clients and customers. 

Most of our staff here at the firm is continually improving their credentials and business systems.  Our firm is proud to be a paperless.  We strive to limit waste by providing electronic signatures and virtual storage for all of our paperwork in secure servers.

I have been in the residential home sales business for the past 17 years.  I have sold everything from country homes to urban high rise condo's.  First time buyers to sophisticated luxury buyers.  I have spent the better half of the 17 years not only selling but managing sales staffs of up to 36 sales people.  I have actually sold or managed over 1500 home sales in my 17 years.
